Serenity pH has always dreamed of helping women all over the world, and especially women who do not have access to open communication about vaginal health, periods and sexual & reproductive health in general.
Serenity pH Kenya is based on the same principles and quality of service that we provide here in Australia. We have spent about 2 years getting this project off the ground and so far the reviews and feedback from Kenyan users show that women all over the world are the same.
This proves that our protocol for thrush and BV involving using boric acid first and only going to see your doctor if your symptoms don't resolve are working the same for women in Kenya as they do for women that we have helped in Paris, NY, UK. NZ and even the Philipines.
We have also started a WhatsApp group where we were able to speak to hundreds of Kenyan women both privately and in the group. The girls there were so thrilled to be able to ask ANYTHING..... and we all learnt a lot from each other.... culturally and to do with the science of pH vaginal health care.
Another charity that was born from this project is the importance of girls and women in Kenya to have access to reusable period pads. Our aim this year is to provide as many women as possible with the gift of quality reliable period pads that would be otherwise out of their reach.
We donated the start-up capital with the goal that our work could be duplicated there and provide women with affordable access to boric acid dissolvables.
2022 UPDATE -
The Women in Kenya using these Dissolvables are getting the same amazing results as we in the West. We have so many happy reviews and Stacy and her family are now fully supported in doing this work.
