Pretty vintage style rectangle tin
Ladies if you have an itch that won't resolve please feel free to contact us for more help.
An itch is a form of pain and can be a symptom of many causes including dryness, dermal issues, Ureaplasma, psoriasis, Lichen Sclerosus, thrush, herpes, pelvic floor dysfunction or even a hormonal imbalance etc etc
The correct treatment will depend on the cause of the itch. But common treatments can include taking an antihistamine, applying hydrocortisone cream sparingly, estrogen cream prescribed, using a zinc paste or anti itch powder (ask us for a sample), pelvic floor therapy or even antibiotics if you have Ureaplasma (ask for our fact sheet). I have had this and it tends to get worse at night.
I use the Honey Pot anti itch cream for my own vulva issues (psoriasis) and can vouch that it provides much-needed relief. I sometimes use the anti- itch vulva cream hourly at night and the relief is bliss!
Other things to look into for an itch include estrogen cream for vaginal dryness and atrophy, hydrocortisone cream for inflammation, an antihistamine for a histamine reaction, numbing cream and or a soak in a bath.
If your itch is not responding please seek medical help as we shouldn't ignore an itch.
